Toronto, Ontario-based EthicalHost (www.EthicalHost.ca), a provider of Web hosting and design services, has signed an agreement with the Pembina Institute, a Drayton Valley, Alberta-based independent, nonprofit environmental policy research and education organization, to purchase wind power certificates to offset its electricity usage from its computers and server equipment.

"We are pleased to be partnering with the leading provider of sustainable energy development in Canada," says John MacKenzie, EthicalHost's president. "These renewable energy certificates help us to expand our commitment to supporting environmental initiatives."
