Purnell has introduced a new line of apparel designed for personnel working in extreme environments, such as those commonly encountered by wind energy workers.

The company's new collection of men's flame-resistant work wear is designed especially for personnel working in highly active roles.

The clothing line includes three hoodies, three work shirts and two work pants options, as well as offers selections to meet the range of NFPA 70E safety standards for arc-flash protection. Employers are responsible for determining the level of protection required for their specific work scenarios, Purnell notes.
