The board of directors of Trinity Industries Inc., a Dallas-headquartered wind tower manufacturer through its energy equipment group, has elected Paul M. Jolas corporate secretary and Adrian E. Lee vice president of strategic sourcing.

Jolas joined Trinity in 2006 as deputy general counsel in charge of corporate and transactions. He will continue in this role in addition to his new position as corporate secretary. Prior to Trinity, Jolas was the senior regional counsel for the Texas division of KB Home and the general counsel, executive vice president for Radiologix Inc.

Lee joined Trinity in 2006 as corporate director of strategic sourcing. Before Trinity, he was the group purchasing manager for Ameron International Water Transmission Group and the flat rolled product manager for Crest Steel Corp.
