MG Systems and Welding Inc., a Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based manufacturer of thermal cutting machines, has introduced the OL200s plasma lifter.

The smooth drive motion and height control achieved with the OL200s control system produce high quality parts, the company says. It features contact-sense initial height sensing to properly set pierce height and a small limit switch that provides a secondary method of detecting the plate in the case of heavily primed plate or underwater cutting requirements.

The OL200s plasma lifter is available on EdgeMate and EdgeMaster machine models, MG Systems and Welding adds. For more information on the OL200s, contact the company at (262) 255-5520 or visit mg-systems-welding.com.
