In its latest micro-documentary, "Wind Farming," The Futures Channel takes students behind the scenes with engineers at the Maple Ridge Wind Farm in New York.

The Maple Ridge Wind Farm, a joint venture between Horizon Wind Energy and PPM Energy, is the largest wind farm in the state. The Futures Channel documents how these two teams work together to build the wind farm.

The film interviews Scott Alexander (the project engineer), Horizon Wind's Johnny Goff (project manager) and Emily Hardy (wind analyst). It also shows bits of wind turbine construction at the site.
