Conifer, Colo.-based Interwest Energy Alliance, a trade association that brings industry participants together to develop new projects in the Western U.S., has redesigned its Web site to include a new project locator map.

The map on Interwest's site reveals renewable energy projects, including wind, in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. It is integrated with Google Maps, which allows its users to zoom in or choose a satellite view on a specific area. The site will soon be able to provide updates on legislative policies that affect the industry, the company adds.
