North American Windpower: Thelen Reid, A Renewable Energy Law Firm, Joins With Brown Raysman

Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, a national law firm that represents many sectors, including wind energy projects, and Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, a firm that concentrates on real estate finance practices, have merged together to form Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP.

The merger brings Thelen Reid's expertise in construction, renewable energy and litigation with Brown Raysman's knowledge of technology, intellectual property and communications, among others. The new firm has a total of eight offices - seven in the U.S. and one in Shanghai - that employ 630 lawyers.
