North American Windpower: enXco and Ross Management Group Sign Venture Agreement

A joint venture between enXco Inc., a North Palm Springs, Calif.-based developer and operator of wind energy projects, and Power Holdings, a subsidiary of the Ross Management Group, has created Northwest Wind Partners LLC.

Northwest Wind Partners combines enXco's experience in project development and Power Holdings' expertise in land acquisitions to focus its development activities in the states of Washington and Oregon.

"We think it is the beginning of a long and prosperous relationship for both parties," says Ty Ross of Power Holding Ltd.

Tristan Grimbert, enXco's president and chief operating officer, agrees with Ross. "This joint venture brings a lot of short- and long-term opportunities to both partners in a geographical area of promising growth."
