IXYS Corp., a developer of power semiconductors for wind and solar conversion, has completed its relocation to new corporate headquarters at 1590 Buckeye Dr., Milpitas, Calif. The company has transitioned its employees and equipment to the new facility and has begun full business operations.

Customer service and technical support professionals are available for service-related requests and can be reached at the main contact number. The service team will be available to answer questions and place orders during normal business hours.

"Our facilities are growing in lockstep with our burgeoning power semiconductor business," says Uzi Sasson, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of IXYS. "This building addresses not only our current expansion needs, but also allows for further development at the facility."

IXYS also has operations in Orange County, Calif., Beverly, Mass., and Germany.
