Windbrokers, a supplier of new and used wind turbines located in the Netherlands, has appointed Menno Arendz chief executive officer. In his new role, Arendz will concentrate on strenthening Windbrokers' global sales network and expanding the internal organization of the company.
   
Arendz brings a vast amount of experience to the company after holding several senior executive positions in the international service industry for oil and gas, including companies such as Schlumberger. He studied mining at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands.
   
"Menno Arendz's appointment is great news for Windbrokers," says Henk van den Bosch, Windbrokers' managing shareholder. "Menno has a solid background of experience in managing international corporations and has shown outstanding results in transforming and growing these businesses globally. We are convinced Menno's experience will be valuable as Windbrokers continues its strong international expansion."
