In the report, Consumers Energy says it is spending $7 billion on renewable energy, environmental quality, energy efficiency, energy reliability and natural gas and electric infrastructure from 2013 to 2017. The report also notes a $235 million investment in the utility's 100 MW Lake Winds Energy Park, a completed project located in Mason County.
