North American Windpower: MassCEC Awards Grant For Cleantech Network

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) has awarded $90,000 in funding to the Association of Cleanteach Incubators of New England to support the launch of a new program designed to drive clean energy business activity to Massachusetts and the Northeast region.

The program provides an affordable entry point for cleantech startups not ready for full incubation to access meeting space and programs within the growing network of incubators.

The association says its network encompasses seven Massachusetts cleantech incubators and partners and a total of 13 cleantech incubators throughout New England, and has alliances with similar organizations in the United Kingdom and in Europe, the association notes.
