Vestas Receives 54 MW Wind Turbine Order In Mexico

Vestas has received a 54 MW order for 30 V100-1.8 MW wind turbines from an unnamed customer in Mexico.

The contract comprises the delivery, transportation, installation and commissioning of the turbines; a VestasOnline Business SCADA system; and a 15-year service and availability agreement.

Delivery of the turbines is scheduled for the second quarter of 2013, and the wind project is expected to enter operation in the first quarter of 2014.
