Accounting and consulting firms J.H. Cohn LLP and Reznick Group PC have completed their merger and rebranded the combined firm as CohnReznick LLP.

The firm will serve the renewable energy, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, private equity, construction and technology markets, among other industries.

CohnReznick LLP's headquarters is in New York, and the firm also has offices from Boston to Atlanta along the East Coast; Sacramento, Calif.; Los Angeles; San Diego; Austin, Texas; Chicago; Chennai, India; and the Cayman Islands.

J.H. Cohn's CEO, Thomas J. Marino, and Reznick Group's CEO, Kenneth E. Baggett, will serve as co-CEOs of CohnReznick.
