Wei Wenyuan will replace Han Junliang as president of China-based Sinovel, according to a report from Chinese news outlet 21st Century. Wei will also serve as vice chairman of Sinovel's board of directors.

According to the report, shareholders were dissatisfied with Han's performance, as the company's net profit fell 96.25% in the first half of the year. However, Han will remain with the company as chairman.
