Maumee, Ohio-based Alignment Supplies Inc. has released the squareness app for the ALiSENSOR LEVEL iPad geometric measurement system.

According to the company, the squareness app can help users perform squareness measurements with an angle accuracy down to 0.001 degrees. The perpendicularity between a horizontal and vertical surface is measured using the ALiSENSOR Level, with a maximum measurement range of angles between 60 degrees and 120 degrees.

The app provides three-dimensional guidance through each step of the measurement, and the angle result is displayed in the end user's unit of choice, the company adds.
