Architectural and engineering services firm David Evans and Associates has hired Wendy Wallach as senior associate and Mountain West regional transit and environmental leader.

Previously, Wallach was rail program manager for the transit and rail division at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), where her duties included the documentation and management of projects related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

She has managed multiple NEPA documents for projects in the region, including the I-70 Mountain Corridor Revised Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), the North I-25 Draft EIS, and the environmental assessment for State Highway 160 over Wolf Creek Pass.
