Gagnard Joins UpWind's Board Of Directors

UpWind Solutions Inc., a California-based wind asset management services firm, says Jim Gagnard has joined the company's board of directors.

Gagnard has over 25 years of executive management experience leading technology companies. Until March 2011, he was chairman and CEO of SmartSignal Corp. Prior to his role at SmartSignal, Gagnard led several privately held, venture-funded software companies, including Questra, Launchpoint and Diffusion. He also held senior management positions with Pansophic Systems, Control Data and IBM.
