HTH Wind Energy Inc., a privately held company previously dedicated solely to the production and operation of small- and large-scale wind projects, has changed its name to HTH PowerSHIFT Group Holdings Inc. According to the company, the new name will better reflect its involvement in a variety of renewable energy businesses - not just wind.

HTH PowerSHIFT recently designed a new Web site (www.powershiftenergy.com) and corporate logo to reflect the name change. According to Dan Leach, HTH's founder and chief executive officer, "The HTH PowerSHIFT logo and name change clearly reflect our company's important role in the dynamic power shift that will continue to propel civilization into a world that utilizes cleaner, healthier renewable energy."

Leach adds that HTH is in the process of carrying out a number of feasibility studies to generate additional renewable energy projects, such as solar and anaerobic digestion.
