Tetra Tech Construction says David Klein has joined the company as director of electrical engineering. He will be based in the company's headquarters in Gloversville, N.Y.
Klein has 20 years of experience in the engineering, procurement and construction of high-voltage electrical substations and transmission lines. He most recently served as vice president of CG Holdings USA and president of CG Power Solutions USA (formerly MSE Power Systems). During his career, Klein has been involved with projects accounting for approximately 10 GW of wind generation interconnected to the U.S. grid.
In his new role, Klein will lead Tetra Tech's newly formed Power Solutions unit, focusing on high-voltage electrical projects.
