Kermit Nash Joins Fredrikson & Byron

Kermit Nash has joined Minneapolis-based Fredrikson & Byron as an officer in the law firm's corporate group.

Nash practices in the areas of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, energy law and real estate law. He serves as corporate counsel to numerous for-profit and nonprofit organizations, advising clients on all aspects of business operations and law.
