Wind Works Power Corp. has acquired two new projects in Germany. The projects are the 15 MW Rock project and the 6 MW Raberg project.

The Rock project is located in eastern Germany and is a 50-50 co-development partnership with a German developer. All costs will be shared on an equal basis.

The Raberg project is a 6 MW joint-venture project located near Frankfurt. Wind Works has advanced 10% of the purchase price (45,000 euros) and is eligible to increase its interests to 50% by funding an additional 405,000 euros in development costs.

Both projects are expected to be fully permitted by the middle of next year, with an expected start date for construction in fall 2012. Total investment for the combined 21 MW will be 36 million euros.
