El Paso Electric (EPE) has issued an all-sources request for proposals (RFP). The utility is seeking supply-side - including renewable energy resources - and/or demand-side proposals to meet its load requirement in 2015.

EPE will consider low-cost and reliable electric power supply and load management capacity resources that best meet its need of up to 300 MW by May 1, 2015.

EPE will consider meeting its load requirement through a combination of dispatchable supply-side and demand-side resources proposed in response to this RFP.

Deadline: June 22.
