Zaelke Named Managing Partner Of Renewable Energy Law Firm

Chadbourne & Parke LLP, a New York-based law firm, has named Edward Zaelke managing partner of the company's Los Angeles office.

As the managing partner, Zaelke will oversee the office's growing practice, which will include wind energy and other areas of renewable energy, the company says. He recently joined the firm as a partner and is currently the president of the American Wind Energy Association. Prior to Chadbourne & Parke, he headed the renewable energy practice group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

"Chadbourne is pursuing a West Coast strategy of smart, strategic growth that focuses on the 'sweet spot' of our practice areas here: renewable energy and litigation," comments Zaelke. "I am delighted to help put this strategy into action."
