Bonestroo Makes Personnel Changes | in News Departments > People | by NAW Staff on Thursday 11 March 2010 | Bonestroo, a firm that provides engineering, planning and environmental science services, recently hired Lawrence Annen and Bill Newhouse to work in its energy division. Annen is the new energy business development manager, while Newhouse serves as renewable energy market leader. In addition, Bonestroo has promoted Susan Knabe to energy operations manager.
Annen will work with Bonestroo's clients to identify project needs and match them with the firm's expertise. He has more than 38 years of professional experience, including tenures in engineering, management and business development for several international consulting firms.
Newhouse has 31 years of experience working with clients in the renewable energy, site development and pulp and paper markets. Using his understanding of the site-development process and budget management, Newhouse assists renewable energy clients in achieving their goals for wind farms, solar, biomass and other renewable energy alternatives.
A 13-year veteran of the Bonestroo staff, Knabe has served as a project manager and compliance manager for many large pipeline and electric transmission-line projects.
