The board of directors of Crownbutte Wind Power Inc. has approved and signed a non-binding term sheet with iStreet Global for $37.5 million in debt financing for the company's 19.5 MW Gascoyne I wind project in Bowman County, N.D.
A binding agreement will be executed upon successful completion of the due-diligence phase, and disbursement of funds is expected to begin no later than April 30.
