Chadbourne & Parke LLP, a Los Angeles-based law firm, has added Edward Zaelke and Adam Umanoff to its renewable energy practice as partners. Zaelke and Umanoff, who both join the company from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, will focus on wind power.

Zaelke is the current president of the American Wind Energy Association, where he has served as a board member since 2002. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on wind energy development and finance issues.

Prior to joining Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Umanoff served as general counsel and later as president and chief executive officer of Enron Wind Corp. His experience at Enron involved North American and European acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, project development, and debt and equity financings.
