Environmental Impact Report Filed For Cape Wind Project

Energy Management Inc., the developer of the proposed Cape Wind offshore wind project in Nantucket Sound, has reached another permitting milestone by filing its Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) with the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) Office.

According to the company, the report responds to information requests made by the secretary of the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs as part of the Certificate on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), and it also includes responses to all other comments submitted on the DEIR.
