Minneapolis-based Graco Inc. has released Reactor H-VR, a variable ratio dispensing system that handles polyurethane foams and polyurea coatings.

Designed for materials that have extreme differences in viscosity between A and B components, the Reactor H-VR allows the end user to spray variable volumetric ratios ranging between 1:1 and 2.5:1.

Maximum fluid output varies depending on the ratio setting, and range from 15 pounds per minute (1.5 gallons per minute) at a 1:1 ratio, to 10 pounds per minute (1 gallon per minute) at a 2.5:1 ratio.
