Chicago-based CH2M HILL, a global provider of engineering, construction, operations and related technical services, has hired Dale Sands as vice president of client development, where he will lead the development of services to meet emerging client needs.

Sands, who has more than 30 years of experience, most recently was principal and director for a global environmental services provider. He was previously employed at CH2M HILL in the late 1980s.

Sands has a diversified background in environmental and engineering services, including the development of environmental management systems and the global management of large-scale programs.
