Edmonton, Alberta-based Fluxite Research Facility, whose mission is to research, secure and develop alternative energy solutions, will open on Oct. 1. The facility is wholly owned by Canadian Entrepreneurs, a company that funds the research and development of alternative energy sources.

The group has secured Ken Tetterington to head the facility.

"The Fluxite Facility is unique in that it will employ physics, electronics and free thinking research teams with the sole objective to develop Canadian alternative energy technologies," says Ken Tetterington.

The research team will focus on promising new technologies that have the potential to power the needs of the 21st century and beyond.
