Goracon Windpower Access Systems LP, a Tucker, Georgia-based climb assist and service platform manufacturer, has promoted Carl Vanhoutte to General Manager.

Vanhoutte has been involved in the wind industry for more than five years and has served in a number of technical and customer services positions. Previously, Vanhoutte was the international export manager for Goracon GmbH, parent company of Goracon LP.

"I am committed to ensuring that Goracon will become a household name for high access solutions in the wind power industry - known for its individual solutions, customer service and overall quality," says Vanhoutte.
