Wind Farm Developer Changes Its Name

Uniterre Resources Ltd., a Vancouver, British Columbia-based energy provider, has changed its name to NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc. The company made this change to better reflect its business of developing the NaiKun Wind Farm in the waters of the Queen Charlotte Islands and Prince Rupert.

In conjunction with this name change, the company promoted four employees. The positions that were filled consist of president; senior vice president, general counsel and secretary; and two employees joined the company's board. According to NaiKun Wind Energy Group, the company has also engaged in investor relations with Contact Financial Corp. to help manage the information needs of prospective shareholders.
