Calgary, Alberta-based Good Earth Coffeehouse and Bakery will power all its cafes with Alberta-made 100% wind power from Bullfrog Power. Under the agreement, Bullfrog will provide renewable power to Good Earth's 11 Calgary cafes, plus one each in Red Deer and Edmonton.

"Taking this step allows us to increase awareness of sustainable energy sources amongst our customers and staff and demonstrates that they, too, can make choices that will have a positive impact on the planet. It may cost us a little more, but it's a choice that needs to be made," says Robert Dickinson, franchise operating partner of Good Earth Cafe.
