Alstom has named Yves Rannou senior vice president for Alstom Wind, effective April 1, 2014. He will be based in Barcelona and in charge of all activities related to onshore and offshore wind.

Rannou began his career at Alstom in 1997 as a local representative and division manager in Thailand. He succeeds Alfonso Faubel, who became senior vice president of sales and marketing in charge of the Global Power Sales organization for both the Thermal and Renewable Power sectors of Alstom.
