Vestas will supply 43 V112-3.0 MW wind turbines for the Eneco Luchterduinen offshore wind farm off the coast of the Netherlands. The 129 MW project is owned by Dutch energy company Eneco and Japan-based Mitsubishi Corp.

Vestas says the order includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a 15-year, full-scope AOM 5000 service and maintenance agreement.

The Eneco Luchterduinen offshore wind farm will be located 23 km off the coast between the cities of Zandvoort and Noordwijk. Construction will begin in summer 2014 and be completed in 2015.
