The Nordex Group has received a 43.2 MW wind turbine order in Germany from STEAG New Energies GmbH.

Located in a forest location in Brandenburg, the Ullersdorf project will comprise 18 N117/2400 low-wind turbines with 141-meter towers. Nordex will supply and install the turbines, as well as construct the foundations.

Work on the foundations will commence in early 2014, with the wind farm scheduled to go into operation in October of that year.
