NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, has signed a professional services agreement (PSA) with Calgary, Alberta-based ENMAX Corp. covering the development of phase one (320 MW) of NaiKun's offshore wind farm proposed for Hecate Strait in northwestern British Columbia.

In March of this year, NaiKun and ENMAX entered into an agreement to work together in strategic areas of development for the first phase, the companies note. This recent PSA describes the resources that ENMAX is committing to the project and its contribution to the wind farm's design.

"NaiKun will be able to draw on ENMAX's expertise in building energy projects, and particularly its work on wind farms," says Ray Castelli, wind development president and CEO at NaiKun. "We have a strong relationship with ENMAX and will continue to collaborate strategically as the project moves forward."
