GE will supply 10 of its 1.6-100 wind turbines to Fredriksdal Energi subsidiary Stena Renewable AB for its new wind project in Sweden.

GE will transport, install and commission the turbines for the wind farm this year in Fredriksdal, located south of Nassjo. The turbines are designed to deliver moderate-wind-speed performance while operating in a low-wind environment, GE notes.
