21st Century Staffing, a wholly owned subsidiary of international holding company Kopos & Baker Inc., has launched a niche recruiting practice designed to serve alternative energy providers in Pennsylvania.

The focus of this new practice will be to identify top talent and specialize in the precise skills needed for development and ongoing management of alternative energy provider projects, 21st Century Staffing says.

"There's an increasing demand for engineers and other talent that understand wind, solar, solar thermal and biofuels," notes Reid Baker, general manager at Kopos & Baker. The company adds that alternative energy is a growing industry in Pennsylvania and is anticipated to create thousands of jobs in the next five years.
