Siemens Energy says it has received an order from Borusan EnBW Enerji, a joint venture consisting of German energy supplier EnBW and Turkey-based Borusan Holding.

Under the agreement, Siemens will deliver 22 wind turbines for the Balabanli onshore wind farm, located near the city of Tekirdag in the European part of the Turkey. Each wind turbine has a capacity of 2.3 MW and a rotor diameter of 108 meters.

The supply contract also includes a 10-year service agreement.
