Suzlon subsidiary REpower Systems SE has signed a contract with WSB Neue Energien GmbH to deliver and construct 22 REpower MM92 2.05 MW wind turbines, which will be installed at the Taczalin wind project in the Polish province of Lower Silesia.

Construction and commissioning of the wind farm, which will have a total power output of 45.1 MW, are scheduled for August 2013.

REpower has already set up two service support points in Poland for the maintenance of its turbine installations there. The sales team responsible for the market is based in Warsaw.
